Find a workout partner
One of the most effective ways to stay motivated for fitness is to work out with someone else. If you have someone relying on you to go to the gym, you’ll be more likely to go and you might even develop friendly competition. When you’re picking a workout partner, make sure you choose a friend who will actually motivate you to workout. Do not pick someone that’ll influence you to skip your exercise and go out for drinks or dinner instead.
Vary your exercise
